Terms and Conditions for Payment – Little Children of the Divine Fiat, Inc.

1. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to secure your participation in the event scheduled on October 31, November 1, 2, 2025. Accepted payment methods include personal checks, Zelle Money Transfers, credit card payments, and wire transfers via Wise.com.

Preferred payment methods: personal check and Zelle Money Transfers.

Credit card payments: are accepted with a $25 surcharge per transaction.

Payments via wire transfer can be arranged through Wise.com.
All payments must be received in full by [October 1, 2025., 30 days prior to the event]. -

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the event will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the amount paid.

Cancellations received 60 days or less before the event are not eligible for a refund of any payments made.

In the case of event cancellation by Little Children of the Divine Fiat, Inc., all payments received will be fully refunded.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to jeff@giftofdivinewill.com and/or Jeff Zirkle, 646 Whissens Ridge Road, Winchester, Virginia, 22602.​

3. Recording and Filming Policy
Recording and filming during the event, including audio and video capture, will be reserved exclusively for Little Children of the Divine Fiat, Inc., and its authorized agents. Participants are not authorized to place any recording, filming, or audio recording devices in proximity to the stage and/or speakers without prior explicit consent from the event organizers. Photography is not included in this restriction unless specifically authorized.

4. Changes and Refunds due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Little Children of the Divine Fiat, Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, public health concerns, or other emergencies. In such cases, attendees will be notified as soon as possible, and all paid amounts will be refunded or credited towards future events, at the attendee’s discretion.
